Lee & Associates N.J. adds 2 new partners to expanding Garden State team

Lee & Associates New Jersey added two senior industrial real estate brokers to its fast-growing Garden State team.

Andrew Stypa and Daniel Badenhausen each bring over a decade of New Jersey industrial real estate experience to their role as partner within the firm.

“We are thrilled to have Dan and Andrew onboard. They are an excellent fit with our company’s culture and add significant expertise to our fast-growing team,” said Jason Lynch, principal at Lee & Associates New Jersey. “Our team has expanded significantly, adding 13 new hires within the past 10 months, as we continue to provide high-quality, customized service to our clients and meet the growing demands of the New Jersey market.”

Founded in 2009 by Lynch, Brian Lynch and Rick Marchisio, Lee & Associates said the inclusion of these new hires brings its count to over 60 professionals, including agents, property managers and staff, working out of three offices statewide.

Andrew Stypa. (Lee & Associates New Jersey)

Stypa joins the Lee & Associates New Jersey team having previously served as managing director at Cushman & Wakefield since 2010, specializing in industrial properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Stypa was vice president at Sitar Realty Co. Stypa has guided a wide range of clients, from startup companies to Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in representing tenants in complex situations, assisting customers with leasing and acquisition/disposition of industrial real estate.

“The Lee & Associates New Jersey team offers the unique opportunity to partner with a broker-owned company with a strong, vast network of professionals,” Stypa said. “I am looking forward to continuing to grow and prosper with this team and all of our future accomplishments to come.”

Dan Badenhausen. (Lee & Associates New Jersey)

Formerly serving as senior director at Cushman & Wakefield since 2010, Badenhausen joins the Lee & Associates New Jersey team, specializing in industrial facilities, land sites and development projects in addition to office requirements. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Badenhausen served as vice president at the Sitar Co. in New Jersey. Previously, he spent 18 years focused on investment banking at Ryan Beck, CIBC Capital Markets and the Jefferies Co. Badenhausen uses his expertise and industry knowledge to provide his clients with the competitive advantage in commercial real estate services.

“The Lee & Associates New Jersey team provides brokers several entrepreneurial opportunities within the Garden State commercial real estate market,” Badenhausen said. “Lee & Associates exemplifies best-in-class thought-leaders within the industry, and I am looking forward to collaborating with their esteemed and diverse group of talent.”
