NJ Real Estate Boutique signs lease at Larken’s Suite Life flexible workspace in Hillsborough

Larken Associates said Wednesday that it negotiated a lease with NJ Real Estate Boutique at the Suite Life at Amwell Mall, a 4,246-square-foot, next-generation workspace for corporate professionals, freelancers and contractors.

Launched in 2015, Larken Associates’ Suite Life platform encompasses over 18,778 square feet of fully furnished, modern office spaces at located at 450 Amwell Road in Hillsborough, at Amwell Mall and three additional locations across New Jersey: Suite Life at Parsippany Commons at 3219 Route 46 E. in Parsippany, Branchburg Executive Suites at 3322 Route 22 W. in Branchburg and Amwell Executive Suites at 390 Amwell Road in Hillsborough. Featuring short-term and month-to-month leases, the Suite Life’s spaces range from 100 square feet to 800 square feet and include high-speed internet access, state-of-the-art keyless entry systems and fully equipped shared conference facilities with web-based scheduling systems.

Founded as a modern approach to buying and selling residential properties, NJ Real Estate Boutique is emblematic of the types of companies found throughout Larken Associates’ Suite Life spaces. As a small, client-facing business with clients across central and northern New Jersey, the company hoped to quickly secure a modern and flexible office space at an affordable cost. Through its lease at Suite Life at Amwell Mall, the company will be able to establish a tangible presence in the market affordably and speedily without sacrificing any of the features that a modern business needs to grow.

“If the pandemic has taught office owners one lesson, it is that flexibility must be top of mind in every stage of the space design and transaction process,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “The success we have seen across our Suite Life properties exemplifies the premium increasingly being placed by small businesses on spaces that promise increased flexibility to their needs today and in the future.”
