Thistle Health, a modern, tech‐enabled food and nutrition brand that delivers fully prepared, plant‐forward meals to its customer’s doorsteps, has recently leased and opened an operation in Burlington, according to a Wednesday announcement from Resource Realty.
Located at 9 Campus Drive, the location will serve as the company’s East Coast
headquarters.
The 75,000-square-foot former Kraft Foods building includes 63,000 square feet of refrigeration and 28 refrigerated loading docks on two sides of the building, cook rooms and significant floor drainage throughout the facility.
The building is conveniently situated just off Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike, and positions Thistle around 75 miles from New York City and about 20 miles from Philadelphia.
Resource Realty’s Brian Wilson represented the tenant.
“When given the assignment to find an East Coast headquarters for Thistle Health, I knew that this building would perfectly fit them. I was excited to present this to the team, as it is challenging to find a building with this much refrigeration and infrastructure in place that was able to be delivered turnkey in less than 60 days from lease signing,” Wilson stated.
