Colliers debuts new office location in Parsippany (SLIDESHOW)

Commercial real estate services firm secures 7-year lease at Class A office space

Colliers on Thursday said it moved its office location to a 7,500-square-foot space in Parsippany.

The firm signed a seven-year lease at Northpoint, a Vision Real Estate Partners building located at 20 Waterview Blvd.

The new space can accommodate 40 individuals and is strategically located in close proximity to all of the key New Jersey office markets as well as New York City. The office will accommodate Colliers’ growing team of top-tier industry professionals as they provide clients with the highest quality real estate solutions

“The new office puts us in an excellent position to continue exceeding the needs of our clients while also growing our New Jersey business,” said Dennis Waggner, executive managing director, market leader of Colliers New Jersey. “The exceptionally high-end buildout and finishes, coupled with the strategic location, will serve to attract top-tier professionals as this office will offer the newest and most technologically advanced space to grow our business.”

“We are pleased we were able to provide Colliers an updated office space that suits the needs of their ever-expanding team,” said Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners. “We’re also looking forward to continuing our work with Colliers as they continue their work as the leasing agent for Northpoint at 20 Waterview Blvd.”

Northpoint is a Class A property featuring 225,000 square feet of office space. The asset underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2020, transforming into one of the most highly desirable buildings in the market. Colliers’ new space in Suite 310 offers a completely new buildout with the most modern and advanced fixtures, finishes, furniture and technology. Featuring unparalleled light sources and open air, the layout provides an ideal mix of private space and open areas fostering collaboration, a key component of the Colliers brand. This, combined with the amenities and common areas in the building, provides Colliers and all tenants at Northpoint a modern workplace accommodating all work styles.
