Kislak promotes two execs as it celebrates at its annual outing

The Kislak Co. on Wednesday said it promoted two of its team members during the Woodbridge-based firm’s annual summer outing, which was held this year at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton.

Demaris Liquori was promoted to director of marketing and Andrew Scheinerman was promoted to a senior vice president.

“These promotions are extremely well-earned and well-deserved,” CEO Jason Pucci stated. “Demaris and Andrew contribute greatly to our firm’s success. They bring a unique skill set and successful approach to our business, with Demaris successfully leading all of our marketing efforts and Andrew as a dominant investment sales and multifamily specialist in his market. I thank and congratulate them for their dedicated work and numerous accomplishments.”

Liquori joined Kislak in 2006 and was most recently the firm’s marketing manager. She is at the forefront of Kislak’s numerous marking initiatives and leads the firm’s marketing and research teams.

Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of Kislak’s branding and public relations initiatives, Liquori also oversees the firm’s marketing technology used to enable Kislak’s salespeople and leasing agents to efficiently market, sell and lease properties for clients.

Scheinerman joined Kislak in 2011 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout northern New Jersey. He received Kislak’s 2011 Rookie of the Year award and was promoted to a vice president in 2017. Scheinerman is having an extraordinary 2022, with sales through midyear totaling more than $100 million. Among them are two marquee luxury multifamily sales in Hackensack: the $38.5 million sale of 22 Sussex, a new 88-unit building, and the $36 million sale of the VUE Hackensack, a 78-unit building. Additional sales include the $22.5 million sale of Bella at Bergenfield, a new 62-unit luxury building in Bergenfield, and the $8.4 million-plus sale of a three-property multifamily portfolio in North Arlington.
