NAI James E. Hanson inks 5,559 sq. ft. medical office lease in Paramus

NAI James E. Hanson helped facilitate a lease of 5,599 square feet of medical office space at 10 Forest Ave. in Paramus, according to a Wednesday announcement.

NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering, Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant, MPV New Jersey MD Services P.C., in the transaction with the landlord, Zohar Zisapel Properties Inc. & Yehuda Zisapel Properties Inc., which was represented by Masi Boyle Associates’ Rose Najarian.

10 Forest Ave. is a three-story, 40,850-square-foot medical office building that is strategically located just off Route 4 West. The building features proximity to Paramus’ Westfield Garden State Plaza, as well as highly accessible to Route 17, Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway.

Hoping to find space to consolidate two OB/GYN practices into one suite, the tenant tapped NAI James E. Hanson to use its extensive list of local contacts in the competitive Bergen County medical office market to identify suitable options. The property stood out due to its location and proximity to its existing patient base.

“The competition for high-quality medical office space in northern New Jersey is fierce,” Levering stated. “In such a tough market, it’s often difficult for health care providers to find locations that are not only easy to access, but are adaptable to their needs. We’re happy to have played a role in helping this practice identify the ideal space and bring these in-demand services to the Paramus community.”
