New Brunswick native and former Washington football quarterback Joe Theismann will be making a special appearance at DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City from 8-9 p.m. Saturday.
After a 12-year career in the NFL, which included a championship in 1983, Theismann went on to a career in media, working as a sportscaster for ESPN and the NFL Network. The two-time Pro Bowl player started in 165 consecutive games and was also selected as the NFL’s Man of the Year in 1982 for his community service and dedication to the health and welfare of children.
Resorts Casino Hotel guests will have the opportunity to meet the former NFL great during the Washington Commanders’ preseason finale against the Baltimore Ravens.
This is a free event located across from the sportsbook next to the Margaritaville Gift Shop.
At this special appearance, Theismann will sign autographs and will be available to take photos with fans.
