Larken Associates helped facilitate a lease for 1,055 square feet of industrial/flex space with Floor Coverings International at Hillsborough Business Center in Hillsborough, according to a Tuesday announcement.
Located at Stryker Lane, and situated across 100 acres, Hillsborough Business Center is a 550,000-square-foot, 27-building industrial/flex complex. The property features a prime location one block east of Route 206 in Somerset County and is easily accessible from Routes 1, 22 and 206 as well as Interstates 78 and 287.
Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented Larken Associates in the transaction.
