Since joining NAI James E. Hanson in the summer of 2019, Lambiase solidified himself as a specialist within the increasingly competitive northern New Jersey industrial real estate market. Working on a team that includes Kenneth Lundberg and Patrick Lennon, Lambiase has completed over 50 industrial transactions valued at over $188 million and is trusted to work alongside national investment and development firms such as Bristol Group and L&B Realty Advisors.

“There are a number of factors that lead to success in this line of work,” William Hanson, president of NAI James E. Hanson, stated. “Lorenzo is the perfect example of how hard work, dedication and a true commitment to expanding your knowledge base can help you establish yourself and take the next step in your career. We’re proud to see Lorenzo’s growth and are excited to see what he accomplishes in the future.”

Also arriving at NAI James E. Hanson in the summer of 2019, Silverstein has become a trusted adviser within the corporate services sector of the northern New Jersey commercial real estate market and beyond. Working alongside Michael Walters, executive managing director of the Corporate Services Group at NAI James E. Hanson, Silverstein has developed into an expert on analyzing the national and local data needed to complete complex transactions across various sectors. During his time at the firm, Silverstein has played a crucial role in the completion of 12 transactions valued at over $63 million and is currently involved with multiple industrial development projects across northern New Jersey.

“During his time, Cameron’s exceedingly detail-oriented approach has inspired confidence from each of his clients as they navigate the increasingly complex commercial real estate transaction process. It’s gratifying to see Cameron develop in his career and we’re thrilled for all that is ahead of him,” Hanson added.
