Epic Unisex Salon opens at Clifton Plaza in Clifton

Epic Unisex Salon opened this week for business at Clifton Plaza in Clifton, according to a Thursday announcement from Levin Management Corp., which serves as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 95,000-square-foot shopping center on Route 46 at Van Houten Ave.

Epic Unisex Salon offers services for men, women and children, including hair and beard styling, coloring, keratin treatment, facials, body waxing, makeup application and more. The business had been located at another Clifton property for about a year but was displaced in June when a fire damaged its shop. For nearly five months, Epic Unisex Salon operated in temporary space.

“It is great to be open at Clifton Plaza,” owner Alex Wahbeh stated. “My customers have supported me during this journey, and for that I am very grateful. I look forward to serving my existing clientele — along with many new faces — from this brand-new shop.”

LMC leasing representative Ed Vasconcellos III negotiated the 850-square-foot Epic Nail Salon lease on behalf of Clifton Plaza’s ownership.

“Clifton Mayor James Anzaldi suggested that Alex reach out to us, and we are pleased to have been able to provide him with brand-new space,” he said. “Epic Unisex Salon is a high-quality, complementary addition to the property.”

Anchored by Big Lots and Blink Fitness, Clifton Plaza also features Dollar Tree, GameStop, Valley National Bank, Work N Gear, Dunkin, Verizon Wireless, Sally Beauty Supply, New Jersey Eyes, Field Liquors, Bruno’s Pizza and Fiina Nail Lounge.
