Avison Young arranges 40,110 sq. ft. lease extension at 400 Bridgewater Crossing

Brokerage has represented tenants in building for more than 15 years

Avison Young has arranged a lease extension at Bridgewater Crossing, a two-building office complex at 200-400 Crossing Blvd. in Bridgewater Township, for financial services firm Harding Loevner.

The full-floor, 40,110-square-foot lease extension is the result of proactive measures taken by the landlord, Alexander Property Holdings, to upgrade and renovate the Class A office building.

Alexander Property Holdings was represented by William McCaffrey, principal, who is based in the firm’s Morristown office. Harding Loevner was represented by JLL.

“Across New Jersey, tenants are seeking high-quality space to attract their employees back in person as the return to office efforts continue,” McCaffrey said. “At Bridgewater Crossing, Alexander Property Holdings has been upgrading their already-fantastic buildings, and we’ve enjoyed a long history of providing the type of quality that tenants, like Harding Loenver, are seeking in trophy properties.”

Bridgewater Crossing’s two buildings contain 600,000 square feet on 20.39 acres, with access to nearby thoroughfares, retail centers, hotels and other area amenities. The buildings, which are undergoing renovations in common areas, offer a full-service cafeteria, café, fitness center, conference center, covered parking, helipad, security and landscaped grounds. Bridgewater Crossing is also Energy Star-rated and has received the BOMA NJ Building of the Year, BOMA 360 and the TOBY Best Suburban Office Park (Mid-rise) awards.
