Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Tuesday said that I-FE Apparel Inc. signed a 36,165-square-foot renewal at 10/12 Horizon Blvd. in South Hackensack.
Sanzari was represented by Vice President of Leasing & Marketing Stephen Jennings in the transaction.
Founded in 1994, I-FE Apparel operates under the brand names of PJ Mark and Bleeker & Mercer, which are clothing and apparel brands drawing inspiration from the culture of New York. 10/12 Horizon Blvd. is a multitenanted, 57,225-square-foot, single-story industrial building featuring eight loading docks less than a mile from Teterboro Airport and just over 15 miles from Port Newark.
