Alfred Sanzari Enterprises inks renewal with small business in Elmwood Park

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced a renewal with Complete Logistics Support for 3,129 square feet of office space at Elmwood Park Plaza, located at 475 Market St. in Elmwood Park.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Vice President, Leasing and Marketing, Stephen Jennings in the transaction.

A tenant at Elmwood Park Plaza since 2017, Complete Logistics Support is a woman-owned small business that is committed to providing full-service logistics and integrated product support to the defense and commercial business sectors. Their services include technical manual development, training and e-learning development, technical illustration and multimedia services and more.

Conveniently located on Market Street near Interstate 80, Route 46 and the Garden State Parkway, Elmwood Park Plaza is a professionally managed office building comprised of four stories and 68,000 square feet. The building’s highly accessible location also boasts easy access to public transportation as well as multiple retail and dining options within a short walking distance including CVS, Dunkin’ and Manhattan Bagel. In addition, the building features ample on-site surface and covered parking and has approved zoning for both office and medical uses, making it an exceptionally suited location for companies across New Jersey.

“It’s crucially important to our business that we have office and administrative space that puts our employees in a position to be successful,” John Ferrari, senior vice president at Complete Logistics Support, said. “Since we moved in back in 2017, Elmwood Park Plaza has been a tremendous fit for our business and we’re happy to extend our stay.”

“One of the most important features a property can offer today’s businesses is easy accessibility,” Jennings added. “Elmwood Park Plaza’s location near many of the state’s major roadways and easy access to public transportation options make it an excellent choice for businesses as they continue to place an emphasis on their employees’ daily experience. We’re proud to continue our relationship with Complete Logistics Support Inc., and provide them with the space needed to achieve their goals.”
