NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. relocates HQ to Class A office campus in Woodbridge

11-story office tower offers firm proximity to markets of focus and core client base

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. on Monday said it relocated to its new headquarters at 90 Woodbridge Center Drive, an 11-story, 245,000-square-foot Class A office tower in Woodbridge. The firm, which occupies Suite 160, concluded a comprehensive buildout of its new first-class office space last fall and has successfully relocated its brokerage division from its Piscataway-based office.

NAIDB was established in 2008 through a merger of DiLeo Realty Associates and Eric Bram & Co. Today, NAIDB is a member of the NAI Global network of 375-plus offices and 6,000 professionals. The firm leverages the powerful support of this network while offering a level of personalized service and local/regional knowledge associated with being a New Jersey-centric firm.

“This is an exciting time for NAIDB that is punctuated by new office space at 90 Woodbridge Center Drive, which will accommodate our continued growth and help facilitate the future expansion plans of our brokerage team,” David Simon, the firm’s chief operating officer, said. “This move ultimately enhances our ability to serve our customers and clients by positioning our firm in a location that allows easy access throughout the state.”

NAIDB collaborated with Jeremy Schall and Suzan Miarmi of Atlantic Realty Group, the owner of the building. Charles Logan and his team at the Aztec Corp. provided architectural and design services. Furnishing and seating solutions were provided by BFI Corp. and CFI, respectively.

NAIDB utilized its in-house project management team to oversee the buildout of its new headquarters, and the firm’s executive vice president, Robert Dinner, who is the exclusive leasing agent for the property, represented the landlord in the transaction.

“In addition to placing us closer to our clients and primary market area, NAIDB’s office relocation demonstrates our commitment to offering our team of professionals a modern environment designed to appeal to the requirements of today’s — and tomorrow’s — workforce,” Rob DiLeo, NAIDB president, said.

Strategically located at the crossroads of U.S. Routes 1 & 9, 90 Woodbridge Center Drive offers easy connectivity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Interstate 287, Route 440 and Outerbridge Crossing. Newark Liberty International Airport is just 20 minutes away, while Metropark Train Station and Woodbridge Train Station are both less than three miles away. New Jersey Transit bus stops along Woodbridge Center Drive provide service to the stations.

“Just like the old real estate adage states, location, location, location and — by association — connectivity are key catalysts for positioning NAIDB’s headquarters in this central location, which allows us to fortify our current reach and cast an even wider net in the near future to other parts of New Jersey,” Eric Bram Johnston, principal, said.

On-site property amenities feature a newly renovated two-story atrium lobby with modern seating areas, a full-service café with outdoor seating and a private dining room, a 10,000-square-foot event center for meetings, events and training sessions and a state-of-the-art video conference center. There is an abundance of on-site parking and electric car-charging stations as well.
