Spirit Halloween announces grand opening date for flagship store in Egg Harbor Twp.

Spirit Halloween has announced when it plans to open its doors for its landmark 40th Halloween season. The Halloween retailer shared that its grand opening celebration at its flagship location in its hometown of Egg Harbor Township will be held July 29.

The brand expects thousands of enthusiasts to arrive for food, fun and games, which will include graveyard bowling, a photo booth, tarot card readings, food & beverage vendors and more. Fans can also expect a few tricks from Spirit Halloween partners like King Fu Tea and Butterfinger, to name a few.

The first 200 fans will receive an exclusive Spirit Halloween 40th Anniversary swag bag.

Other details of the grand opening celebration include:

  • The flagship store opens at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 29;
  • Starting at 8 a.m., numbered lanyards will be issued to fans lined up in the designated area on a first-come, first-served basis;
  • Attendees will enter the store in order according to their lanyard number. If a guest does not have a lanyard, they will enter the store on a first-come, first-served basis after all guests with a numbered lanyard;
  • Beginning approximately 10:30 a.m. (before the store opens), the event emcee will call the first group of numbers to line up for store entry. Throughout the day, numbered groups will continue to be called as capacity allows.
