First move-ins underway on the waterfront at Citizen Bayonne

Citizen Bayonne, the luxury rental community on the Bayonne waterfront, has welcomed its first residents to the building, the community’s developer, Accurate, announced Wednesday.

Located at 155 Goldsborough Drive, Citizen Bayonne is now home to renters who want to live in a premium waterfront community near Bayonne’s 34th Street and 45th Street Light Rail stations, as well as a growing list of shops and markets, and a planned commuter ferry terminal with service to Manhattan. It offers an attractive Gold Coast setting with proximity to downtown Jersey City and unique views of New York Harbor and the Bayonne Golf Club. Renters enjoy modern interior spaces, brand-new features and appliances and a full complement of lifestyle amenities.

Renters can select from a collection of 252 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental residences, according to the Marketing Directors, which Accurate tapped as Citizen Bayonne’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent. Monthly rental rates for one-bedroom residences start from $2,275 net effective, inclusive of special grand opening incentives of one month free on a 13-month lease or two months free on a 26-month lease.

“We are proud to welcome our first residents to Citizen Bayonne,” Jack Klugmann, CEO And president of Accurate Builders & Developers, said. “Our first move-ins have truly brought this beautiful community to life and, so far, the feedback from our residents has been overwhelmingly positive. The leasing pace has been strong so far and we expect that to continue as more people discover this exciting waterfront neighborhood.”

Citizen Bayonne is situated on a scenic inlet of New York Harbor, offering residents a well-balanced lifestyle and upscale residences at values that stand out when compared to neighboring Jersey City. Designed by Devereaux & Associates, with interiors by HH Designers and landscape design by Melillo & Bauer, Citizen Bayonne offers a modern take on Gold Coast living.

Residences at Citizen Bayonne are bright and spacious, with features such as 9-foot ceilings, luxury plank flooring throughout, complimentary window treatments and in-home washer and dryer. Gourmet kitchens boast sleek, full-sized stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, full-height tile backsplashes, espresso soft close cabinetry, four-burner gas ranges, custom soft-close vanities and chrome Moen faucets.

Accurate integrated an array of amenities and services into the design of Citizen Bayonne, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge, coworking space, smart package room, covered parking with electric car charging stations, bicycle storage and a complimentary resident shuttle to the Grove Street PATH station. An outdoor landscaped courtyard features dining areas, barbecue stations, lounge seating, firepits and foosball tables.

Bayonne’s waterfront is a fast-growing neighborhood overlooking New York Harbor, built along Goldsborough Drive and Chosin Few Way. It is being redeveloped to include residential and retail uses, as well as pocket parks, waterfront walkways, mass transit and other community uses. Residents are just a few minutes away from retail destinations such as Starbucks, CVS, Costco, Stop & Shop, Lidl and LA Fitness.
