Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains in Toms River hits fully leased milestone

Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains — a new community of 175 luxury rental residences in Toms River — is now 100% leased, Short Hills-based developer Garden Communities announced Thursday. The Ocean County community offers spacious townhome and apartment residences, along with a full suite of on-site lifestyle amenities.

“Full occupancy of Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains is a gratifying milestone,” Mark Ginsberg, developer for the community, said. “New Jersey has emerged as one of the hottest suburban multifamily markets in the country. As such, demand is strong for high-quality, well-located apartment communities that meet the needs of today’s renters. Green Meadows checks every box for families, single professionals and empty nesters alike.”

Green Meadows includes a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Townhomes feature living room fireplaces, unfinished basements, attached garages and two-zone heating and air conditioning. All residences at the pet-friendly community include private patios, gourmet kitchens, oversized closets, in-suite washers and dryers, Latch keyless entry and private entrances. Select residences also offer private balconies.

Green Meadows’ 5,000-square-foot clubhouse — which debuted earlier this year — affords residents access to a state-of-the-art fitness center and a lavish community room. Outside, a swimming pool, playground, exercise trail and an electric vehicle charging station complete the active and ecofriendly lifestyle.

Located at 950 Shoal Road, the community is proximate to public transportation and the Garden State Parkway, easing travel to New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, Atlantic City and Jersey Shore points. Green Meadows residents have access to Toms River’s top-rated public schools and a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
