Premier Development launches sales at Readington Meadow in Whitehouse

Community includes 39 single-family homes in Hunterdon County

Premier Development on Tuesday said it launched sales at Readington Meadow, a single-family residential community in Whitehouse. Located at 115 Old Highway 28 in the Whitehouse section of Readington Township, Readington Meadow features a collection of just 39 homes in a picturesque setting.

“Readington Meadow offers homebuyers the opportunity to purchase a new-construction home in beautiful Hunterdon County,” Michael Kaplan, Premier Development’s operations director, said. “Each residence is meticulously crafted to deliver an exceptional living experience and incorporates a host of standard features that typically are considered upgrades at other communities.”

Buyers can choose from distinctive floorplans — the Allerton, the Bedminster, the Chester and the soon-to-be introduced Essex — ranging in size from 2,700 to 3,900 square feet. Designed by Appel Design Group P.A. Architects, homes feature four or five bedrooms and up to five bathrooms; prices start in the $900,000 range.

The Chester is one of Readington Meadow’s larger designs, with 3,650 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a mud room and a first-floor study. All homes at Readington Meadow feature open floor plans, sunlit kitchens and bathrooms, gas fireplaces, two-car garages and full unfinished basements. They are Energy Star-certified and prepped for electric vehicle charging.

“We designed Readington Meadow with the needs and lifestyles of today’s modern families in mind,” Andy Nowack, the builder, said. “These homes blend comfort, aesthetics and luxury with ample space for relaxation, productivity and storage. What’s more, homeowners benefit from a tranquil country setting that’s convenient to everything central New Jersey has to offer.”

Hunterdon County’s location between Philadelphia and New York City — paired with a blend of rural landscapes and burgeoning downtowns — makes it one of the state’s most desirable places to live. Readington Meadow is proximate to commuter rail service, major highways including Route 22 and Interstate 78, shopping and dining, cultural attractions and parks and recreation. The Readington Public School District is highly acclaimed, making the township an attractive choice for families.

Select homes are available for immediate occupancy. Readington Meadow has no homeowner’s association or associated fees.
