Enclave at Dewy Meadows in Basking Ridge is 100% leased

The Enclave at Dewy Meadows, a collection of 198 luxury rental residences and loft-style apartments in Basking Ridge, is 100% leased, according to a Thursday announcement from its Short Hills-based developer, Garden Communities. The milestone comes less than 12 months following delivery of the final building at the upscale Somerset County community.

“The quick lease-up of the Enclave at Dewy Meadows exceeded our expectations, but certainly comes as no surprise,” Joe Korn, the developer, said. “As demand for high-quality, suburban multifamily product continues, this one-of-a-kind community was perfectly positioned to attract renters at all stages of life in search of a convenient and amenity-rich lifestyle.”

Located at 405 and 407 King George Road, the community features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts and loft-style rental residences. Apartments boast gourmet kitchens and oversize windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and many residences offer a private balcony.

Residents at the Enclave at Dewy Meadows enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, two distinct lounges with kitchen areas, a card room, business center and children’s playroom. The pet-friendly community also has a dog washing station. Outside, a swimming pool and playground complement the property’s expansive open green spaces, which include a lush lawn area and a quarter-mile exercise/fitness path. Bike storage and electric vehicle charging stations support eco-friendly transportation.

Beyond its on-site features, the Enclave at Dewy Meadows offers a “village concept” setting amidst the restaurants, shops and service retail of Dewy Meadow Village. The community offers proximity to New Jersey Transit train stations, major highways, top-rated public schools, health care facilities, abundant recreational opportunities, shopping, dining and more.
