Wyldes in Harrison unveils next-level recreation and social spaces

The Wyldes developer Advance Realty Investors on Monday officially unveiled a robust offering of indoor amenities at the collection of 399 luxury apartments in Harrison’s Riverbend District.

Encompassing over 20,000 square feet, the newly introduced indoor recreation and social spaces were purposefully designed to foster resident interaction, socialization, engagement, wellness and relaxation.

The Wyldes’ community-centric amenities include two lobbies featuring double-height lounges and a coffee station, while a commercial-grade demonstration kitchen promotes culinary creativity. Additionally, a plethora of entertainment options awaits residents in the virtual gaming/karaoke room with a mini bar, as well as the pool hall billiards room that is complete with a media lounge and kitchenette.

The offerings continue with the garden bar and the clubhouse lounge, featuring a media center and full kitchen that opens to the pool. For those seeking a harmonious blend of work and leisure, the office and reading room library provide flexible coworking spaces, including private offices and conference rooms.

Prioritizing well-being, the Wyldes offers the gym, a two-story fitness center with specialized trainers, yoga classes, free weights, on-demand cardio training, rower machines and virtual workouts, ensuring fitness goals are easily attainable.

“Thoughtful design and planning enabled us to present an inspiring package of amenities at The Wyldes that is redefining the rental experience in Harrison,” Dan Cocoziello, principal and chief operating officer of Advance Realty Investors, said. “It’s an elevated lifestyle that encourages social interaction and emphasizes fun, health and mindfulness.”

These indoor amenities complement a substantial offering of outdoor comforts to create a resort-like environment at the Wyldes. The property boasts an impressive 45,000 square feet of outdoor green space designed seamlessly to blend urban living with the tranquility of nature. The Sky Deck, a landscaped rooftop with views of downtown Manhattan and the Newark skyline, features a bar with TVs, multiple firepits, sun loungers and barbecues with inviting outdoor dining areas. For a more intimate setting, the Greene treats residents to a landscaped courtyard with lounge seating, TVs, firepits, sun loungers, pingpong and a cozy screening area.

Designed by MHS Architecture, the Wyldes features a collection of well-appointed studios, one- and two-bedroom homes priced from the mid-$2,000s and offered with limited-time grand opening incentives including up to two months free rent. The Marketing Directors is the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
