G&P Sports World Inc. has leased 5,000 square feet at 68 Veronica Ave. in Somerset, according to a Tuesday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp., which brokered the transaction.
Anthony Mircovich, vice president, and Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist, of BRC represented the landlord, AK3 Imports. The tenant, G&P Sports World, was represented by Greek Development.
The asset is located within a 50,000-square-foot industrial building situated in close proximity to Routes 27, 1 and 130, and Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features 10 tailboards for loading, 22-foot ceiling heights, heavy power, wet sprinklers and sits on five acres.
