NAI Hanson helps apparel and accessories company ink industrial lease to relocate to Dumont

NAI James E. Hanson negotiated the lease of a 4,000-square-foot industrial space in Dumont for NaNa Collections LLC, an apparel and accessories company, according to a Thursday announcement.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Jessica Curry represented both the landlord, KY & JE LLC, and the tenant in the exclusive transaction.

Located at 69-75 Armour Place, the property is a two-story industrial/flex building spanning 17,500 square feet, with 10,000 square feet of industrial space on the first floor and 7,500 square feet of office space on the second floor. The building features 12-foot-8 ceiling heights as well as a shared tailgate and is conveniently located near several highways, including the Garden State Parkway, Interstates 80 and 95 and Routes 4 and 17. Tenants also enjoy easy access to New York City via the George Washington Bridge located approximately 10 miles southeast of the property.

NaNa Collections plans to use its new space for storage and to support its distribution operations. Relocating from Pompton Lakes, the company cited 69-75 Armour Place’s location and price as key factors in its decision to lease the space.

“I am proud to have helped the landlord and the tenant reach a mutually beneficial deal to support their respective business goals,” Curry said. “The tenant will reap the benefits of this well-located space and the landlord will welcome a growing business to their property to bring it up to 100% occupancy. I wish both parties continued success as we head in the new year.”
