Todd Christie, Adam Riches join Alliance Advisors, a global corporate advisory board

Todd Christie and Adam Riches have been named senior managing directors of Alliance Advisors, a global corporate advisory firm in Bloomfield, the firm announced this week.

The hirings will help the firm expand business growth and evolution toward a full-serviceĀ investor communication and corporate governance consulting, CEO Joseph Caruso said.

Christie and Riches will work in Alliance’s Business Development Group under Thomas Kies, the firm’s chief revenue officer.

Christie will focus on developing Alliance’s mergers & acquisitions advisory and investor relations divisions.Ā He brings more than 35 years of experience on Wall Street to Alliance, having held senior executive positions at BDO,Ā Ernst & Young and Goldman Sachs.

He servedĀ as a member of the executive host committee for the Super Bowl in 2014 at MetLife Stadium.

Riches joins Alliance afterĀ spending several years as vice president, ESG & data intelligence, at Diligent Corp. At the company, he worked on the development and launch of the Diligent Market Intelligence platform.

Prior to that, he was an executive at London-based Activist Insight.

A frequent speaker on shareholder activism globally, he moved to New York from London in 2016Ā to establish the firm’s first U.S. office before it merged with Proxy Insight to become Insightia.
