Veteran video game industry exec joins H. Betti Industries

Mike Betti, a veteran video game industry executive, has been named senior vice president of revenue for Carlstadt-based H. Betti Industries, the company recently announced.

Betti brings nearly three decades of experience in the consumer video game industry, spanning roles in game production, product strategy, sales and management. He previously served as CEO of the Catalis Group’s service companies. He also has had his own game production company and held various management roles at Ubisoft and Sony PlayStation.

H. Betti Industries President Robert Geschine shared optimism for Betti in his new position.

“Mike’s extensive experience will be a tremendous addition to our senior executive team,” he said. “Mike will focus on enhancing our product portfolio and commercial positioning while broadening our market presence.”

Betti expressed confidence and excitement in joining H. Betti Industries.

“I’m thrilled to join the H. Betti team and am looking forward to contributing to the company’s substantial growth. Innovation is the foundation of H. Betti Industries, and I look forward to maintaining this legacy of excellence as we address the dynamics of the market,” he said.

Founded in 1934 when a Greenwich Village restaurant and tavern owner, Humbert Betti, started operating jukeboxes in his business and other nearby taverns, and still a family-owned business today, H. Betti Industries has grown to become a leader in the entertainment industry as the parent company of Betson Enterprises and Imperial.

Betson Enterprises is the worldwide leader in distributing location-based amusement equipment, parts and services. Imperial International is a leading wholesaler of home game room products and billiard supplies in the U.S.
