Mark Censoprano has been named as the new co-CEO at Hackensack-based MAX Surgical Specialty Management, effective immediately. In his new role, Censoprano will work alongside founder and co-CEO Dr. Jason Auerbach to lead MAX’s growth strategy and executive team.
Censoprano’s arrival will accelerate the already-exceptional growth that MAX SSM has enjoyed since its inception. As CEO, president and chief marketing officer/chief operating officer, Censoprano grew Guardian Dentistry Partners into one of the most respected organizations in the industry, with 170 locations across 11 states. His experience as CMO at Aspen Dental earlier in his career, where he led transformative brand initiatives, contributed to the doubling of sales and earnings during his tenure.
