Larken Associates expands Suite Life flexible workspace platform in Branchburg

Larken Associates on Monday announced the rebranding of Branchburg Executive Suites, located at 3322 Route 22 W. in Branchburg, as Suite Life at Branchburg Commons, the newest addition to the firm’s growing collection of next-generation workspace for corporate professionals, freelancers and contractors across its portfolio.

Building upon the success of the platform, the firm also has added 10 suites spanning 2,000 square feet to Suite Life at Branchburg Commons.

Launched in 2015, Larken Associates’ Suite Life platform offers short-term and month-to-month leases in spaces ranging from 102 square feet to 350 square feet. All Suite Life spaces include state-of-the-art keyless entry systems and fully equipped shared conference facilities with web-based scheduling systems, among other features.

With Suite Life at Branchburg Commons’ expansion, the Suite Life portfolio now spans over 13,000 square feet of fully-furnished office space across properties including Amwell Commons, a five-building, 42,162-square-foot office and medical complex in Hillsborough; Amwell Mall, a 35,398-square-foot strip mall offering retail, office and medical space for lease in Hillsborough; Branchburg Commons, a 15-building, 116,526-square-foot office and medical complex in Branchburg; and Parsippany Commons, a three-story, 54,619-square-foot office and medical building in Parsippany.

“When, where and how we work has changed dramatically since the launch of Suite Life just a few years ago,” David Gardner, CEO and president of Larken Associates, said. “It is critical for owners to provide spaces that can meet the diverse needs of today’s workforce, whether they are looking for a space for a few months or several years. Suite Life’s success and growth highlight our continued focus on meeting the needs of any business in the market for space and our commitment to their growth.”
