Westfield-based REDCOM Design & Construction recently completed an 11-month construction project at Maxon Hyundai in Union.
Maxon celebrated the grand opening of its new showroom and service center located at 2329 U.S. 22 W. in April, which enhances the customers’ experience and increases the capacity and efficiency of its service center.
“Maxon Hyundai is a high-volume dealership,” owner Robert Mariani said. “We updated our showroom to give our customers a more enjoyable experience. We also enhanced our service area — adding new lifts, expanding and optimizing the space — to keep pace with customer demand. We’re thrilled with the beautiful, fully brand-compliant results that REDCOM delivered in a very short timeframe.”
REDCOM provided site engineering, architectural and general contracting services to Maxon.
“The Maxon project was particularly rewarding for REDCOM,” Sam Rockaway, senior vice president of sales, said. “REDCOM kept Maxon selling cars and servicing vehicles at its location while we demolished the existing showroom, completely renovated the service facility and built a small addition onto it. All on a very busy site.”
Maxon’s site accommodates over 700 new and used vehicles in inventory.
