Richelieu America Ltd., a wholesale distributor of specialty hardware, accessories, supplies and tools for homes and offices, inked a long-term lease renewal in Lincoln Park, according to a Thursday announcement from CBRE.
Located at 132 Beaver Brook Road, Richelieu will continue to occupy 48,650 square feet (the entire facility) at the Northbridge Partners-owned distribution facility situated in the heart of Morris County.
The CBRE team of Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik and Kate Granahan spearheaded the leasing campaign for the property and represented Northbridge Partners in the negotiations.
“The distribution facility at 132 Beaver Brook Road is ideal for the hardware company’s distribution needs, servicing the entire tri-state region,” Dudley said. “This long-term lease renewal speaks not only to Richelieu’s commitment to the area, but also to the ownerships’ overall view on the strength of the submarket.”
