Optimum opens new, interactive retail store in Parlin

Optimum, a provider of internet, mobile, TV and phone services, on Monday said a new, interactive retail store has opened in Parlin.

Located at 1028 U.S. 9 S., the state-of-the-art store offers a modern and interactive experience where customers can explore the complete line of Optimum connectivity offerings, including fiber internet with speeds of up to 8 GB, Smart Wi-Fi 6, mobile, tablets, TV and home phone services.

New and existing Optimum customers who visit the store can register for service, shop the latest mobile and tablet devices and accessories, pay bills and receive assistance from a retail consultant.

“Optimum is honored to continue serving our local New Jersey customers, now through the opening of a new retail store in Parlin, which further underscores our longstanding commitment to provide superior support and service to those across the state and being the connectivity provider of choice in our communities,” Vic Pascarelli, vice president, general manager of Optimum Northeast, said. “We are excited to open a state-of-the-art retail location in the area and look forward to welcoming customers to our new storefront, where they can experience our full Optimum product and device portfolio and learn even more about our services from our team of retail consultants.”
