Body Fit Training, Stretchlabs, Gotan Café ink space in flourishing Hoboken neighborhood

Three new retail leases — two boutique fitness brands and a coffee shop — have signed the final spots in Hoboken’s growing residential community, at a property located at 770 Jackson St., according to a Tuesday announcement from RIPCO Real Estate, which brokered the deals.

Body Fit Training, Stretchlab and Gotan Café are the perfect additions to the expanding residential area and will flourish as it develops. Gotan Café holds the corner space of the building and has a towering ceiling height that allows for a second-floor mezzanine. The 3,213-square-foot Body Fit Training space and 1,731-square-foot Stretchlab space both feature high ceilings with expansive windows and storefront areas.

RIPCO Executive Managing Director Deborah Stone said: “I’m thrilled to have secured such strong tenants for these well-positioned spaces to thrive. These retailers meet our community’s needs and desires and enhance the vibrant environment for current and future residents, drawing in more people to join this wonderful community.”

Gotan Café and Body Fit Training are both open and welcoming to customers. Stretchlab is under construction and expected to open in the coming months.
