Kushner breaks ground on residential community in Colts Neck

Shovels hit the ground last week Livana Colts Neck, a new signature residential community from Kushner that will blend modern elegance with the charm and character of its sought-after Monmouth County location.

Rising at 7 Route 537, the community will offer an unparalleled suburban living experience with 360 meticulously designed rental residences spread across 15 buildings, along with a fully-amenitized clubhouse, each thoughtfully crafted with a modern farmhouse exterior to harmonize with the surrounding picturesque landscape of Colts Neck.

The three-story structures, designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, will seamlessly blend into the existing fabric of this highly desirable neighborhood.

Principals of Kushner hosted Colts Neck Mayor Frank Rizzuto, Township Committee members, and other local dignitaries to mark the commencement of the project.

“Laurent Morali, CEO of Kushner, said “Livana Colts Neck reaffirms our commitment to investing in Monmouth County through meaningful developments that enhance the quality of life for residents and serve as attractive additions to the towns and cities in which we invest.”

Livana Colts Neck residents will enjoy a rich array of upscale lifestyle amenities thoughtfully integrated into the 30-acre property. These include:

· State-of-the-art fitness center
· Yoga Studio
· Social and work-from-home spaces such as a clubroom, lounge, and conference rooms
· Outdoor swimming pool with pergolas, complemented by outdoor patio seating
· Barbecue grills and fire pits
· Dedicated dog park

The community will feature a diverse mix of one-, two, and three-bedroom floorplans.

Nicole Kushner Meyer, President of Kushner, remarked, “Livana Colts Neck will embody the pillars of the Livana brand, blending prime location, exceptional quality, and outstanding resident service. Thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s renters, we aim to create an environment that fosters connection, allowing residents to interact and host their family and friends with pride.”

The start of construction marks a significant milestone following years of engagement between Kushner, municipal officials, and community members.

“We are incredibly excited to develop the first ever luxury rental apartments in Colts Neck. Our team has developed a plan that respects the character of the area while delivering essential housing and an upscale lifestyle that aligns with the beauty of this location,” Michael Sommer, chief development officer for Kushner, said. “We are committed to ensuring that this project enhances the community and provides lasting value for current and future residents.”

Livana Colts Neck will offer residents access to scenic natural landscapes, fresh retail options, an excellent school district, and prestigious golf clubs. This prime location promises the pinnacle of suburban living, combining tranquility with convenience.

Construction is expected to span approximately three years, with an anticipated completion date of February 2027.
