Citizen Little Falls hits 90% leasing milestone

Downtown setting and elevated lifestyle proves popular with renters

Citizen Little Falls, the luxury rental community near the Little Falls train station, has leased more than 90 percent of its residences, developer Accurate announced on Monday.

The Township of Little Falls is attracting new residents, new shoppers and new dining patrons through impressive business growth and revitalization efforts. Citizen Little Falls plays a key role in that growth as a top choice for renters who want to experience luxury living in a thriving downtown setting. It offers brand-new residences, upscale amenities and walkable access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, service businesses, local parks and mass-transit.

One- and two-bedroom residences are currently available at monthly rental rates starting from the $2,600s. Immediate occupancy is available.

“We are proud that Citizen Little Falls has reached the 90 percent leased mark and continues to receive positive feedback from renters,” Jack Klugmann, president and CEO of Accurate said. “Citizen Little Falls provides an attractive residential option in a well-located downtown that is gaining popularity with new residents, new businesses and new visitors. It is exciting to be a part of it all and we look forward to offering the experience to even more renters as we move toward a full lease up.”

Located at 405 Main Street, Citizen Little Falls is a community of 185 high-end apartments that pair convenience and comfort with a chic, modern style. They feature bright living spaces, inspired layouts, and thoughtful design, with architecture by Lessard Design and interiors by HH Designers. Each residence includes soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired baths, and private laundry. Select homes include dens.

Accurate integrated a full complement of amenities into the design of Citizen Little Falls to offer residents the best in recreation, relaxation, and service. They include landscaped outdoor courtyards and green spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, business center with complimentary Wi-Fi, an expansive lobby lounge with seating areas, a mail and package center, and a pet wash and spa.

Little Falls is a charming town of about 15,000 residents, ideally positioned in southern Passaic County. The municipality is in the middle of a comprehensive effort to energize its downtown core through new housing stock, new businesses and transit-friendly features. Route 46 runs along the borough’s northern border, offering easy access to nearby Route 80, Route 287, Route 23, Route 3, and the Garden State Parkway.

The Little Falls train station operates on NJ TRANSIT’s Montclair-Boonton line, putting destinations such as Manhattan and Hoboken at residents’ fingertips. Popular downtown shopping districts such as Montclair and Morristown are just a 10- and 20-minute drive away, respectively. Both the Willowbrook Mall and ShopRite of Little Falls are less than two miles from Citizen Little Falls. Little Falls is home to a variety of parks and natural areas, including scenic Morris Canal Park, the Little Falls Sports & Recreation Complex, and the Peckman Preserve.
