Larken Associates signed a 1,653-square-foot retail lease with The UPS Store, Inc. at Fairless Hills Towne Center located at 401-499 South Oxford Valley Road in Fairless Hills, Pa.
Branchburg-based Larken Associates was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the firm’s in-house brokerage team, in the transaction.
A subsidiary of UPS, The UPS Store is the largest franchise system of retail shipping, postal, print and business service centers in the United States. “We are thrilled to welcome The UPS Store to Fairless Hills Towne Center and bring an in-demand service provider to the local community,” Marek said. “This lease further enhances the retail offerings available at Fairless Hills Towne Center and reinforces its position as one of the premier shopping malls in Bucks County and the surrounding areas.”
