Newmark on Tuesday announced that Manzi Epstein Lomurro & DeCataldo LLC signed a 9,152-square-foot lease for its relocation from Montclair and expansion at the Offices at Crystal Lake in West Orange. This move allows MELD Law to meet its immediate space requirements and provides room for future growth.
Newmark Senior Managing Director Jeff Kolodkin and Associate Director Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the tenant in the transaction.
