Accordia signs long-term lease in Montvale with periodontal and implant dentistry practice

Perio Implant Moon is joining several leading health care practices in the heart of northern New Jersey’s “Health Care Corridor” at the newly modernized medical office property at 160 Summit Ave. in Montvale, according to a Monday announcement from Accordia, which is overseeing the construction of the new space at the facility.

Perio Implant Moon signed a long-term lease at the medical office hub managed by Accordia. The practice plans to open in the first quarter of 2025.

“We are pleased to welcome Perio Implant Moon LLC, as the latest tenant to establish their state-of-the-art periodontal practice at 160 Summit Ave., a facility we manage with great care, first-class service and meticulous attention to detail,” Frank Recine, principal, Accordia, said.

The 32,000-square-foot medical office facility has been managed by Accordia since April.

Montvale has transformed into a hub for health care in recent years, following significant investments in the area from major health care providers. Memorial Sloan Kettering opened MSK Bergen in 2018, while Summit Health recently opened a CityMD urgent care in Montvale, Hackensack Meridian Medical Group Orthopedic Specialists of New Jersey is relocating to the area and Valley Health is opening a 60,000-square-foot built-to-suit as extension of its physician network.

“The investment that major health care systems make in the community has a ripple effect on health care providers throughout Bergen County and beyond,” Recine said. “As a result, Perio Implant Moon LLC picked the perfect location to serve their patients.”

Additionally, Accordia said creative agency and content studio Overskies Inc. renewed its lease for the agency’s 5,500 square-foot suite within the Summit Avenue property.

“They are a long-term tenant and have renewed their lease at 160 Summit Ave. as a result of ownership’s commitment to reinvesting into the building, and Accordia’s focus on providing superior management. Our mission is to continue to attract high-quality tenants who want to operate their business from a modernized, well-managed facility,” Recine added.

The property is just off Exit 172 of the Garden State Parkway, and minutes from Interstate 287 and the border with Rockland County, New York.

Perio Implant Moon will join several medical practices at 160 Summit Avenue: Rubinstein Plastic Surgery Center LLC, a state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery center led by New York’s premier facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Ran Rubinstein; Empowered Pelvic Health, specializing in pelvic floor therapy, led by Dr. Carly Gossard; and Center for Resiliency, specializing in transformative evidence-based psychotherapy, led by Dr. Carol Chu-Peralta.
