PIM Brands expands leadership team with three strategic hires

Welch’s Fruit Snacks maker PIM Brands on Tuesday announced it made additions to its leadership team across several sectors to support the Park Ridge-based firm’s continued growth.

Jason Levine has been appointed as chief marketing officer, Fred Rodriguez was named to the newly created role of chief revenue officer and Jason Tuber was named as the new senior vice president, government affairs.

The new hires reflect PIM Brands’ continued commitment to driving overall global growth, supporting its public policy advocacy and expanding its reach across North America and abroad.

Rodriguez brings a diverse background across a range of CPG companies, with senior roles at industry giants including Mondelez, Kraft and, most recently, Godiva Chocolatier, where he served as head of sales and interim president for the Americas. Rodriguez will oversee all trade channels in North America, including PIM’s Canadian business, and will focus on expanding the company’s product distribution throughout the Americas.

With a deep understanding of the political landscape and extensive relationships on Capitol Hill, Tuber will lead PIM’s Government Affairs, Public Policy and Political Action Committee from its Washington, D.C., offices.

The announced appointments reinforce PIM Brands’ dedication to its continued mission of bringing consumers delicious and premium fruit snacks and confections, while ensuring sustainable growth, environmental responsibility, a culture designed for professional growth for its nearly 1,000 associates and operational safety and excellence.
