NAIOP NJ honors volunteer members at Annual President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception

The spectacular Jewel Box at Gateway Center was the perfect setting for NAIOP New Jersey’s 2024 President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception.

More than 250 industry leaders – including past NAIOP NJ Hall of Fame inductees – gathered in the soaring atrium to honor six volunteer members of the commercial real estate development association for their outstanding leadership, advocacy and career accomplishments.

The 2024 President’s Awards recipients are:
William C. Hanson, SIOR, of NAI James E. Hanson was honored with the Legacy Award in recognition of the indelible stamp he has left on the CRE industry.

The Pillar Award went to Assemblyman Robert J. Karabinchak, N.J. General Assembly, in honor of the example he sets in active membership, leadership and sponsorship.

Greek Real Estate Partners’ David Greek received the Advocacy Award for his outstanding work in public policy on behalf of NAIOP NJ.

The Volunteer of the Year Award was presented to Keith A. Lieberman, PE, of T&M Associates for his dedication and service to the association.

Bridget Wilcox of G.S. Wilcox & Co. received the Rising Star Award in recognition of her commitment to advocating for the association’s next generation of leadership.

The Student Award was presented to Lauren Munari, Columbia University/Terreno Realty Corporation, who has demonstrated strong leadership skills in service to the chapter.

NAIOP NJ president Mark Shearer of Rockefeller Group said, “Our chapter is fortunate to be comprised of the most talented, engaged and dedicated professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Tonight, we have the privilege of recognizing not just achievement, but also the embodiment of selfless service, professionalism and success.”
