Legacy Place in East Brunswick passes 90% leased milestone

Legacy Place, Garden Communities’ newest highly amenitized luxury rental development in East Brunswick, has reached a key occupancy milestone, with more than 90% of its residences leased and occupied less than one year after marketing began. Amid this velocity, construction is underway on the community’s final enclaves, including traditional 2.5-story townhomes and a second mid-rise apartment building.

Legacy Place will deliver 48 townhome residences in 12 buildings, complete with individual attached garages.

Four buildings will be ready for occupancy in early 2025. A choice of spacious two- or three-bedroom layouts incorporates balconies. An adjacent pocket park with a children’s playground and putting green are under development as well.

Additionally, Garden Communities has broken ground for Two Legacy Place. The five-story mid-rise – a sister building to One Legacy Place – will boast first-rate resident amenities and covered reserved parking. Ground-floor retail will serve all Legacy Place residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

“Legacy Place has drawn unprecedented attention, and it’s no wonder,” Miranda Gjini, property and leasing manager said. “Rental townhomes, especially with garages, are a rare find in East Brunswick. Ours present a really distinctive opportunity for families looking to take advantage of the township’s great school system. We continue to introduce new layouts, housing styles and inventory. In short, if you want to live in East Brunswick, Legacy Place can accommodate what you’re looking for in a rental, from fully amenitized apartment living to spacious townhomes, and everything in between.”

Upon completion, the 25-acre Legacy Place will offer 520 alcove studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with four distinct housing styles. “In addition to the traditional townhomes and mid-rise apartments, this beautifully designed community already features four-story, suburban-inspired apartment buildings and stacked townhomes – all fully delivered and occupied,” Gjini said.

Luxury and sophistication abound in the residences’ upscale finishes and appointments. Spacious floor plans all provide gourmet kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, luxurious bathrooms, oversized walk-in closets, an in-suite washer/dryer, resident-controlled heat/central air and remote keyless entry.

A 5,000-square-foot clubhouse at Legacy Place includes sought-after amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, entertainment lounge with fireplace, coffee bar and private workstations. A heated resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, and BBQ grills are among the community’s best-in-class outdoor amenities.

The property’s grounds are designed to offer green space and inviting places for walking, recreation and relaxation, with walking paths, plenty of open space, an enclosed dog run, and a central green where residents can meet and gather, along with several pocket parks for their enjoyment. EV charging stations promote eco-friendly transportation.

Monthly rents at Legacy Place start at $2,460. Prospective residents can schedule an appointment to meet with the community’s on-site leasing team.
