McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia, P.C. inks 13,558 SF space at Eastman Companies office property in Livingston

Law firm McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia, P.C. inked a 13,558 sq. ft. office lease at Eastman Companies’ The Eisenhower, a Class A office complex located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, according to a Tuesday release from CBRE.

The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler and Dan Casey spearhead the leasing campaign at The Eisenhower and represented Eastman Companies in the negotiations.

The law firm previously occupied temporary, fully furnished offices at the property prior to its long-term lease commitment.

“MKCI required the highest quality office space to meet the demands of its client base, and The Eisenhower fit its real estate parameters,” Casey said. “Eastman Companies was also able to offer immediate furnished temporary space for a short period while a long-term lease was negotiated—a huge benefit for the tenant. MCKI will soon occupy new, long-term space designed specifically for its needs.”

Located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue, The Eisenhower is Northern New Jersey’s most centrally located Class A office facility, situated minutes from Newark International Airport and New York City, offering convenient access to Routes 280, 80, 287, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.

The Class A office building offers premium amenities not found in most suburban office buildings including a 220-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, more than 10 conference rooms, parking deck, new electric car chargers, a full-service cafeteria, walkable retail amenities, game room, loading dock and multiple fitness options. In addition, Eastman Companies recently completed a new, fully furnished co-working suite, available for tenants looking for small flexible spaces.

MCKI was represented by Fred Hyatt and Ignatius Armenia from JLL.
