Iselin-based World Insurance Associates LLC announced it recently acquired the business of Business Contractors Insurance Services of Santee, California.
Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
BCIS was founded over 15 years ago. The firm provides a full range of insurance services to individuals and businesses.
