A newly-constructed, 10,000-square-foot property in Somerset has been leased by Triumvirate Environmental, which provides hazardous waste disposal and management services, as well as environmental, health and safety consulting services, according to a Wednesday announcement from Sheldon Gross Realty.
The deal on the 2.03-acre site, which features 6,000 square-feet of warehouse space and 4,000 square-feet of offices, was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky.
In finalizing the transaction for 16 Heller Park Lane, Sheldon Gross Realty worked with the Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp.
“Triumvirate Environmental does really essential work, so it was a pleasure helping them secure this New Jersey location,” Glussky said. “And we were able to negotiate the lease so they can put in an interior loading platform, which will be an ideal complement to the existing oversized, drive-in doors.”
The two-story property in Somerset is less than two miles from Route 287 and about a 20-minute drive from exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Fully paved and fenced, it’s well suited to outdoor storage.
