Renowned group of N.J.-based wedding venues rebrands

Clarks Landing Wedding Venues is now Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues

In 2004, George Truesdale founded The Bradford Estate in Hainesport, driven by a vision to create beautiful, welcoming spaces worthy of hosting weddings for his own family. He expanded that vision in 2009 by transforming Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Point Pleasant from a restaurant into an elegant waterfront venue. In 2017, he added The Mill Lakeside Manor in Spring Lake Heights to the portfolio, further solidifying the company’s reputation for excellence.

The Truesdale Family has been operating renowned wedding venues throughout North and South Jersey under the name Clarks Landing for over two decades. Today, the company proudly announces its new name: Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues.

The new name marks an important, heartfelt evolution of the brand. Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues is named in honor of Beau Truesdale, the family’s beloved son, brother, and friend. Beau was the general manager of all three venues, playing a pivotal role in the transformation of The Mill Lakeside Manor in 2017. Beau had an incredible gift – he made everyone feel like family. His warmth, kindness, and ability to create deep connections left an indelible mark on the brand’s venues and on everyone who walks through its doors.

“Family is at the core of everything we do, making the wedding business not just rewarding but deeply meaningful. It is an honor to work alongside my family to craft exceptional, unforgettable weddings for our couples. Our mission is to ensure that every guest leaves the celebration saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. We take immense pride in treating each event with the same care, attention, and dedication as if it were for our own family,” George Truesdale said. “Our new name reflects our deep commitment to family. It places meaningful emphasis on the fact that when couples choose us for their special day, they’re being welcomed into our family. After operating wedding venues for over 20 years I can’t think of anything more important.”

Beau’s impact continues to shape the day-to-day operations at all three venues. Jackie Truesdale, one of George’s daughters and Beau’s sisters, left her career as a teacher and moved back home to step into his role. She is dedicated to carrying on Beau’s legacy of hospitality, care, and commitment to making sure everyone, from the couples getting married to their families and guests, feels like family on what is one of the most memorable days in a family’s history.

Beau Truesdale Wedding Venues proudly offers three distinct venues across New Jersey, each providing exceptional service, gourmet cuisine, and all-inclusive pricing with its own distinct atmosphere.

  • Clarks Landing Yacht Club is a luxurious, upscale waterfront venue that exudes elegance and sophistication located in Point Pleasant;
  • The Mill Lakeside Manor, nestled in tranquil Spring Lake Heights, offers a serene setting that accentuates stunning natural beauty;
  • The Bradford Estate is located in Hainesport and provides an intimate, charming ambiance with a picturesque outdoor ceremony space.
