Ora launches leasing with modern amenities in Downtown Hackensack

A new luxury rental building featuring 270 residences and a curated amenity collection, has launched leasing in downtown Hackensack. Ora, the distinctive seven-story building was developed by The Hampshire Companies and its project partners Russo Development and Riverbank Management LLC, a Hackensack-based professional services firm.

Manhattan-based The Marketing Directors has signed on as the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent which launched Ora from an onsite leasing office with fully furnished model apartments.

Studio to two-bedroom floor plans are available, each featuring expansive 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows, an in-home washer and dryer and luxury plank flooring. Kitchens are designed with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, while bathrooms offer porcelain-tiled floors and full-height ceramic-tiled walls for a sleek, modern aesthetic.

Beyond the residences, Ora’s amenities cater to every lifestyle. A rooftop club room with a bar and billiards opens to an outdoor terrace with fire pits, lounge seating, and stunning views of the New York City skyline, an ideal setting for socializing.

Residents can also enjoy a first-floor courtyard with BBQ grills and dining areas. Additional amenities include a fitness center, co-working spaces, private conference rooms and a pet spa.

For ultimate convenience, Ora provides concierge services, package lockers, and on-site garage parking with electric vehicle charging stations. Plus, the community’s nearly 9,000 square feet of ground-level retail space is an opportunity for additional shopping and dining experiences right at residents’ doorsteps.

“Our investments in Hackensack have helped transform the city, welcoming residents, visitors, and businesses to be part of its exciting evolution over the past several years,” James E. Hanson II, president & CEO of The Hampshire Companies, said. “With Ora’s opening, we’re proud to continue that momentum, inviting even more residents and businesses to experience everything Hackensack has to offer.”

Monthly rents start from the $2,100’s with grand opening incentives that include 1 month free on a 13-month lease.
