Family-owned Accurate Box Company Appoints Samara Ronkowitz, Fourth Generation, as Executive Vice President

Accurate Box Company, a leading U.S. manufacturer of litho-laminated corrugated packaging, has promoted Samara Ronkowitz to Executive Vice President. As a fourth-generation member of the Hirsh family, Ronkowitz’s appointment marks a strategic step in the company’s long-standing commitment to family leadership and business continuity.

Founded in 1944, Accurate Box has grown into a 400,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Paterson, providing high-quality, custom packaging solutions to industries including e-commerce, food and beverage, consumer goods, and club store packaging. Since Lisa Hirsh and Mark Schlossman took over leadership in 1997, the company has expanded its production capabilities, strengthened key partnerships, and adapted to evolving market demands.

“Thirty years ago, my father began transitioning the business to Mark and me, and now it is our pleasure to start handing over responsibilities to the next leadership team,” said Lisa Hirsh, president, and CEO. “Samara has a strong team behind her, and we are confident in her ability to lead the company’s continued growth.”

With over a decade at Accurate Box, Ronkowitz has built experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and innovation. As EVP, she will work closely with the leadership team to advance strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiencies, and expand market reach, ensuring a smooth transition as she assumes greater executive responsibilities.

“I am honored to take on this role and continue building on the strong foundation my family has established,” said Ronkowitz. “I look forward to driving innovation, strengthening customer relationships, and leading Accurate Box into the future.”

As a key supplier to major brands and retailers, Accurate Box Company remains focused on delivering high-impact packaging solutions that drive value for its partners.
