Luxury rental The Declan opens in Weehawken

The Declan, a rental residential offering in Weehawken’s Port Imperial neighborhood, is now officially open and seeking residents to experience luxury living on New Jersey’s Gold Coast.

The 10-story, 298-unit property on the Hudson River waterfront, co-managed by Rockhill and Bozzuto and owned by Rockpoint, offers views of Manhattan and top-of-the market amenities.

The property, situated between the New Jersey Palisades and Weehawken’s 16-acre Waterfront Park, is offering studio- to three-bedroom rental apartments ranging in size from 496 to 1,328 square feet and in price from $3,380 to $7,875.

The residences feature hardwood-style plank flooring and nine-foot ceilings and oversized windows with views of Manhattan, the Hudson River, and the Palisades views. Most residences offer private balconies, patios, or terraces. Kitchens come with GE stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, full-height backsplashes, quiet-close cabinetry, and gas cooking. Bathrooms include garden tubs or walk-in showers, quartz vanities, and backlit mirrors.

The courtyard has grills, an outdoor dining room, a double-sided fireplace, and gaming area. There is a resort-style pool with a water wall and a spa with views of Manhattan. The fitness center offers Techno-Gym cardio and strength training equipment and features a spin and yoga studio. A golf simulator lounge, billiards lounge, coffee bar, and a library are also offered.

Residents have a variety of commuting options via ferries, buses, the Light Rail, and the Lincoln Tunnel to reach Manhattan, Hoboken, and Jersey City.

Final completion is anticipated this summer.
