Valley View Park’s final residential building is now completed

KRE Group announced that the final residential building at Valley View Park luxury rental community in East Hanover is now open, and all construction on the property is complete.

Each of the 239 residences in the community is now available to lease or is already occupied, spanning five buildings across a lush, campus-like property. Valley View Parks’ full complement of indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities, highlighted by a central clubhouse and an outdoor amenity green, is also now complete.

KRE Group, a prominent New Jersey-based developer with generations of experience creating thoughtful, high-quality residential communities in both urban and suburban areas, designed Valley View Park with the modern rental lifestyle in mind. One- and two-bedroom residences are available, as well as three-bedroom residences in select buildings.

“New renters are choosing Valley View Park because it is a one-of-a-kind community that offers an exceptional lifestyle,” said Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group. “With construction now complete, our full vision for this community is realized. Our residents enjoy brand-new apartments and upscale amenities in a highly desirable Morris County location.”

Named for a historic golf course that occupied the property from 1937 to 1973, Valley View Park’s landscape is designed to live up to its namesake. KRE Group highlighted the special natural beauty of the property throughout the community’s development. Sweeping green lawns are punctuated by buildings with distinctive architectural features. A walking trail leads to the property’s highest point, offering views of beautiful rolling hills. Old-growth trees shade people-centered spaces.

All buildings at Valley View Park face the central amenity green, a detail designed to bring residents together and promote a vibrant atmosphere. Residents enjoy a swimming pool, covered loggia with outdoor fireplace, three-season relaxation area, BBQ grills, outdoor dining areas, an outdoor bar, outdoor televisions, firepits, a gaming lawn, community garden, dog park and children’s outdoor play area.

“Creating community spaces people genuinely want to spend time in was an important part of the design process,” said Marc Kushner, chief design officer of KRE Group. “The outdoor amenity green is an engaging focal point for residents of all five buildings, with multiple uses that invite them to relax, socialize and enjoy their favorite activities.”

That design philosophy extends into Valley View Park’s clubhouse, where a great room, a leasable party room with fireplace, fitness center, yoga room and children’s playroom are available for resident use. The clubhouse also hosts resident events, such as the community’s Super Bowl party.

Valley View Park was designed by Handel Architects with Major Architects. Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners is the architect of record, and interior design was provided by Major Architects. There are more than 40 different floor plans to choose from at the community, each offering refined details and upscale appointments meticulously crafted with resident convenience and comfort in mind.

Every residence includes luxury plank flooring, solar window shades, in-home full-size washer & dryer and a private outdoor terrace. Modern kitchens include stainless-steel appliances, tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, Shaker cabinetry and Moen fixtures and accessories. Luxury baths are adorned with custom mosaic flooring, tiled showers and walls and custom medicine cabinets. Each building includes elevator access. Private storage spaces and garages are available to rent.

Valley View Park is the most recent addition to KRE Group’s “Garden Collection” of high-end rental communities. It places renters in the heart of East Hanover, a charming township known for its tree-lined streets, excellent public schools and coveted location in eastern Morris County. Route 280 and Route 10 run through the township, giving residents easy access to neighboring highways such as Route 287 and Route 80. New York City is about 25 miles away by car. East Hanover is home to numerous restaurants, brand-name stores, public parks and family-friendly entertainment such as the Funplex. Nearby destinations in neighboring towns include the Livingston Mall, The Mall at Short Hills, downtown Morristown and dozens of local golf courses and country clubs. Monthly rental rates start from the $2,500s.
