Bussel Realty Corp., an industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased 6,373 square feet at 155 Campus Drive in Edison in a 104,120-square-foot industrial building, on behalf of PowerTek Performance Gear.
Michael Costa, vice president of BRC, represented PowerTek Performance Gear in the transaction, and the landlord, Federal Business Centers, was represented in-house.
The industrial property has 16-foot-high ceilings, four loading docks, is fully air conditioned and occupies 37 acres.
“The new space will serve as an inspiring environment where the company can effortlessly craft the perfect uniforms that capture its clients’ team spirit and style,” said Costa.
Located in Raritan Center, 35-225 Campus Drive in Edison is near the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Interstate 287, and routes 1-9 and 35.
