Bussel Realty Corp. group leases 80,000 square feet in Perth Amboy

The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp., an industrial/retail real estate services firm, said Sept. 3 it leased 80,000 square feet at 1 Buckingham Ave. in Perth Amboy on behalf of an undisclosed tenant.

Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Benito Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of BRC, represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Accurate Builders & Developers, was represented by Lee & Associates.

The property features 18-foot clear height ceilings, 34 loading docks, one drive-in door, wet sprinklers, heavy power, solar rooftop system, an 8,000-pound capacity freight elevator, and surface and covered parking.

Occupying 10.74 acres, 1 Buckingham Ave. is a 407,688-square-foot industrial property near the New Jersey Turnpike, routes 9, 35 and 440, as well as Interstate 287. The property features 18-foot clear height ceilings, 34 loading docks, one drive-in door, wet sprinklers, heavy power, solar rooftop system, an 8,000 lb. capacity freight elevator, and surface and covered parking.
