Klearcom, a leading provider of global contact center testing solutions headquartered in Waterford, Ireland, announced that it has established its first base in the U.S. with the opening of a new office in Boonton. It also announced that 20 new team members will be hired.
The new hires, to be appointed across sales and customer service over the next 12 months, represent a significant investment from Klearcom. The company and its New Jersey base will be central to enhancing service delivery and providing on-the-ground support to Klearcom’s growing U.S. customer base.
The stateside expansion will strengthen key relationships with U.S. clients such as Google, Mastercard and Visa, while opening new doors to prospective clients. With this move, the company continues to strengthen its position in the $5.9 billion interactive voice response market.
