Archer appoints Rollo as firm president

Archer & Greiner P.C. announced that Marc Rollo has been elected president of the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Marc will succeed Christopher Gibson, who has served in the role of president since 2010.

Rollo, chair of Archer’s Environmental Law Practice, brings more than three decades of firm experience and management to his new position. His detail-oriented leadership style, open-door policy and in-depth understanding of Archer’s attorneys, clients and market opportunities make him the ideal candidate to guide the firm in its next chapter.

In addition to serving as president, Rollo will continue to maintain his national regulatory and litigation practice, a commitment driven by his long-standing relationships with clients who rely on him as a trusted advisor. He will continue to assist them in navigating complex environmental matters through innovative problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of their business needs.

“This transition was carefully planned and thoughtfully implemented to ensure a seamless experience for our valued attorneys, clients and partners,” said Gibson. “It’s been an honor to help meaningfully grow Archer over the past 15 years, and I know the firm will continue to flourish with Marc at the helm.”

Gibson will continue his role as a leader in Archer’s litigation practice, where he is well-known for representing national, regional and local corporations in complex civil and commercial litigation matters.

Over the past decade, he has grown Archer into a regional powerhouse recognized for exceptional client service and legal excellence. He was also a driving force behind elevating Archer successfully into the state political arena, including launching Archer Public Affairs (APA) and the Political Law & Compliance Practice.

“We are immensely grateful to Chris for his steadfast leadership and decisive guidance, shaping Archer into the sophisticated midsize firm we are today,” said Rollo. “This is an exciting time of growth and positive momentum. We look forward to capitalizing on strategic areas of opportunity to build and expand on our core strengths and enhance the breadth and depth of services we provide to clients.”
